:: Quality Management System
Quality Manual overviews the organization for quality management system and demonstrates the main control mechanisms used in the pursuit of client satisfaction in quality products and services. It does not include procedures & work instructions; these will be found in the appropriate level of the management system documents.

Whilst fulfilling its primary objective, Middle East Survey Engineering’s Quality Manual will also be used for a number of other purposes, including:

Communicating the Company’s policy, Objectives, processes and requirements.
Implementing an effective Quality Management System.
Providing improved control of practices.
Assuring that all activities meet the requirements of our customers & ISO standards.
Providing the documented base for auditing the Quality Management System.
Providing continuity of the Quality Management System and its requirements during changing Circumstances.
Training employees in the Quality Management System requirements and method of compliance.
Presenting the Company Quality Management System for external purposes.
Demonstrating compliance of the Quality Management System in contractual situations.


All personnel are permitted to access Quality Manual & other Quality Management System documents, when necessary. It shall be available at all time.

The contents of Quality Manual must reflect the routine practices accurately; Suggestions for improvements on the effectiveness of systems, processes and procedures are encouraged. Only the duly authorised staff can make changes to the official documents.

The scope of Quality Management System applies to all the activities related to Design and execution of projects.

If the nature of business or the scope of business changes significantly, steps will be taken to redefine the official scope of registration.
